England 2011 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Santorini Black

Thanks Ajay, procedure slightly different but never the less - green and white shorted - ignition to pos 1 - count to 3 - unshort green and white and BT pairing started Thumbs Up

[Forgot the pairing code so had to 'extract' it from the ULF]

Best news is that once paired all the functions now work - deleting messages from vmail and most of all hanging up.

Guess the pairing process via navcoder never completed correctly.

Many thanks for your help.

Just have to get the BMW cradle wired up correctly now (don't suppose you have the correct pinouts for that to hand Whistle ) "On first name terms with my local Dealer......now."

I cant remember which way round but I think the RR loom has an 18 pin female plug and the BMW Eject Box has an 18 pin female socket which means that you either need to change one or the other to give a male pin plug or a male pin socket Confused

Either way it will still be the same four wires already discussed and the eject box should have a red or maybe red/yellow wire to power any phone that uses a snap in cradle, a brown or black wire as a ground and the other two - well they will be for your pairing button so it wont matter which one goes to which Thumbs Up

That should sort it Cool

I think most of the info is in this thread - Gen 13ULF is the key part (BT phone unit from BMW - quite sort after on ebay but findable)then a bit of re-pining on the telephone loom (or get a new loom repined by some of the forum members). Have a search on the net and you will find various guides and video clips of the integration. It does work well (never got round to sorting out the cradle so mine does not charge the phone yet) with all the steering wheel buttons functioning.

Unfortunately L322.com went offline, but the info can be found at

It doesn't get much better than that - if you don't feel comfortable re-pinning the connectors then you'll have to find an automotive electrician who can do it for you.
