Marlow Cars; any thoughts?

Friend of mine is looking to look at this:

obviously not a RR dealer as they know little about the cars when you read the spec!

buy privately and save a lot - plus you get to talk to the owner

Are you coming over to the UK? If you are why not just get a normal RHD car. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the dealer though.

I think the point is boys that LHD RR in Europe are a tad more expensive than they are here.

I know of Marlow Cars (not personally) and I think they are legit but that RR seems a bit pricey for a 2006 4.4 V8 Vogue.

However this is definitely a premium at present for good LHD cars.

if you want to buy really high spec LHD RR's look to Dubai etc

they change cars more often than i change girlfriends!

shipping is not too expensive as most owners have their own shipping line

Cheers Gaz. Even with that premium they are cheaper than, for instance, Sweden. I'm sure there is opportunity to haggle too.
