Hi All, New here and have just bought a 60 plate RR AutoB 5.0 SC.

I used to have a great little tool I could keep in the car and plug in to the OBD to reset things for my old P38a 4.6 Vogue. I see there are a number of 'tools' available, but looking for clear advice on something simple to use that can reset heights etc and keep in the car for emergencies more than anything.

What are your thoughts please as any advice for a returning RR owner would be greatly received and much appreciated.

Agreed, GAP IID BT is the one I have, and based the purchase on what was said on here. Helped me diagnose a couple of things, including a throttle body failure, this saving a visit and costs, to a garage. And they have a fair resale value if cared for. Can occaisionaly be had from members on here if you are lucky.

It works on bluetooth and needs a smarta**e phone or tablet on Android or iPhone. Not PC based, but updates to the unit from GAP are via a PC or laptop. (go figure ) Cheers

I keep my BT IID tool permanently in the top glove box, beside the cd player....perfect spot for it.
