I drove mine (2014 L405) back home from an extended stay at the local LR dealer where they took the time and the trouble to sort out the dreaded suspension knock once-and-for-all.

Friday, drove from Caudebec en Caux, after overnight stop, home. End of Christmas trip to UK. Covered 895 miles altogether. Car ran faultlessly.

Think I'll change the two rear stabiliser arms so that I can get the toe in/out adjusted... Yer right. Whole day, 4 saw blades, a titanium cutting device ruined and a lot of cursing to remove the concentric bolt which had self welded its self to the middle of the rubber bush... and we cut through one of the plastic air pipes ! Now there is still the otherside to do. |
