Yeah.... I’d say the luggage net isn’t compatible with the reclining seats. Even if you moved the bottom mounts to work, the top mounts in the roof would then not line up....

There are loads of nets for sale on the bay, in varying colours and conditions. Most don't come with the mounting bits though.
