Been there, there isn’t a cheap option sadly, stick with the rears only, very common actually, one of mine went just before a caravan holiday, couldn’t believe the price but that’s life, very quick to fit though , 3 top bolts, one at the bottom , have a gander here : https://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic28287...+absorbers

i just replaced a rear one as part of an excercise to eliminate a thud noise. it wasn't the damper and the one i removed (105k miles) felt exactly the same as the new one when manually operated and also when it was still on the car. i'd have no hesitation at re-using the old one .
