I am absolutely certain you will be fine getting through the MOT. LR Main Dealers are completely aware no two L322s are the same (and they cover for the factory hahaa!) and any non LR specialist MOT centre is unlikely to know what to look for. The ones to avoid are non Main Dealer LR specialists who knows what they are looking for and ready to charge you to install one !!

yes, I see you point, and I agree with you, but I am in Portugal, here the mot is done by specific centers, they are not garages.

oh, you can be sure this information will not leave this forum, at the moment, with all this "save the planet, go green " the removal of the DPFs have been heavily talked, so I'm sure a car caught at a reputable MOT station would get failed.

a 4.4 TDV8 will do 38mpg.
