Hi,

Check out my last post in this topic: https://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic49957.html

Tried it on two different modules and it works perfectly. 2002 Range Rover Td6

I was so close. I watched a guy doing exactly what I wanted on you tube using scanner 1.4 but when I tried the one box I wanted, programming I think, was greyed out. Also tried progman, but as you discovered it don’t do the L30. I am just trying to programme a spare whilst mine is being fixed, I hope I won’t need to program once I get my original back, but it has been a interesting journey. Thanks for the info on your thread. No7 - 2003 V8 Vogue

I have toolset 32 but don’t have clue how to use it. I found some guides and I can load DSC57.PRG but in the left panel all I can find is cod_lesen and cod_schreiben. Any chance of a idiots guide ? No7 - 2003 V8 Vogue

I'll try my best. First of all, you need a file called DSC_L30 instead of DSC57. AFter opening the file, you select coden_schreiben. On the right, there is a box where it says Argument. Just below in the white box you type in: 07, E0 then you hit F5 key. Now it should be coded. You also need to calibrate steering angle sensor. Hope that helps, if not i can take some screenshots, but for that i need to connect to the car. 2002 Range Rover Td6

You will find the file in the same folder as Dsc57 is located. If you don't have it, I can try to upload it. You start Tool32, press File, then Load Test. It should open the EDIABAS>ECU folder, and that is where it should be located.

Thanks for the file Tveitan. Getting real close now. Loaded the file and all is good, found the Coderian shreiban , added the arguments as described ( not sure what these mean or are for ) and hit F5 - couldnt connect to the car !
I gave up at this point. Probably just needs the Eadiabas folders re-naming . I will try again tonight.
Thanks again for your help. No7 - 2003 V8 Vogue

No idea what it means either Laughing I found those codes when I read the config file from another L322 with a working dsc unit.
Did you put the l30 file in the EDIABAS folder where the other .prg files are located? 2002 Range Rover Td6

No, just left it on the desktop and browsed for it. Loaded OK exactly as you described. Only failed because connection with the car wasnt right. May have been low voltage as it was showing 11.9v on my headunit. Iknow with some software you have to re name the Eadibas folders to make certain things work. No7 - 2003 V8 Vogue

I cant get this to work. I believe i have communication with the car as INPA works OK and I can get info from the ECU using some of the other commands, I even managed to run the pre charge pump, but I cant get it to write to the ecu.
I have had enough for today, will resume at the weekend. No7 - 2003 V8 Vogue
