bit of a sore point Nino, Greg and vacuum pumps, but I would suggest, if it is old design with nut on top, just remove nut, or at least undo it to the top of the thread so that you can try levering it up a bit to work in plenty of WD 40.

Ok front undertray off (geez a lot of bolts on that front one, only three for the middle one for oil changes)
