It is also possible to get to some additional (and probably feature-robbingly-dangerous) additional option by replacing the well known 753 with a not-so-well known code of 134679.

IMHO.. Not worth spending considerable money on fixing an outdated poor LR satnav system, unless your a stickler for originality and needing everything having to work.

I know, I use Waze or Google maps on my iPhone anyway. But I would like the LR sat nav system to work!

ive come to theconclusionthat they dont move the towns round, and most roads dont change much...... so I've decided to not bother trying to update the system,

yeah, mine is HDD but the FF I just bought has had a bunch spent so I'm guessing I already have the latest 2015 maps but don't know how to tell? FFRR

select the map change screen, the nav version is qouted there... ... - .- -.

My maps are in black and white and the version number says based on Ordnance Survey of 1856 2011 TDV8 Vogue SE |
