Mapping update - anyone been to a dealer?

I want to update the satnav maps on my 2012 Westminster. Apparently it has a hard drive that only the dealer can update. Has anyone recent experience of having this done at a dealer and who knows cost?

Thanks

dealers did update in the past but i doubt they do now as the maps only go up to 2019 and they've probably binned their equipment..

cost was around £165'ish...

if you want up to date navigation then the alternatives are carplay/AA adapter modules, new android screens or stand alone 'tablet' style units..

loads on here re the above, have a search.. ... - .- -.

Thanks. I did speak to a dealer but the guy didn't have a clue. Promised to phone back........

I got a car play screen - works well - but its ugly and I'm not keen on wires trailing everywhere. Was hoping for a clean solution. Oh well.
