RR in for the passenger side cooled seats not working, no problem sir found the issue ordered the parts will all be done Friday and back to you by lunchtime..

1700 on Friday sorry sir we updated the software for the new seat part, now the whole car has shut down and we cannot fix it !!!! WTF, to top it off dont even have a courtesy car.

How the hell can fixing a cooled seat need to update such a major part of the core software system, have these guys not ever thought of defensive coding or modularisation !!

Speaking to a person from LR on their stand at Cowes, took the opportunity to have a moan about poor service from dealers. they said they hear it every day and report back but nothing seems to change. letters not necessarily in the right order

I actually did not have a good experience at harwoods croydon myself. I have used harwoods edenbridge for 6 years and will be using them for the new to me l405 as well. Good service and prices @ edenbridge
