I have fitted 2 of these, and about to change again even though I have only done 3k miles since last change, but a lot of local short trips.

I also use the Mahle filters on my 3.6 TDV8

Weird that, just ordered a gen filter from Dan. Was a fomoco filter made by Mann. So it looks like Mann do 2 different filters for the car!! As it doesn’t look like the Mann Nino_nino has, Wells amen save for the cord round the outside. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I got the MANN filter yesterday came with a bag of 'O' rings but can't see where they all go, on the old filter which is same as new one even the filter casing hasen't got one on, are they not used ? |

I assume the filter pulled out and left the cage inside the casing ? That Mahle one has a raised area on the end compared to the Genuine one...??
