Coming back from a lovely jaunt round Holland Belgium and France, on the M4 stuttered EML came on and pulled onto hard shoulder, was ticking over but wouldn't rev, got my reader on it and it said Bank 1 & 2 lean, started again, cleared the codes got 50 yards same again, so spent the rest of the journey on a low loader, started this morning and running fine, Since I cleared the codes and lost the bit of paper I wrote them down on anyone any ideas where to start, Fuel pump, filter?? Current:

Can't be much help I'm afraid, but all I can say is that when my fuel pump went, I didn't get anything like those messages. Hopefully someone with a bit more specific knowledge will be along shortly

Swop out the fuel pump there known to fail easy enuff job

Well, stumped took her for a drive last night, faultless for an hours driving around up hill down dale, only fault it picks up is the one attached
Strange readings on the icarsoft reader
O2 sensor voltage B1-S2 doesn't appear to vary much stays at approx. 33v whereas B2-S1 varies depending on throttle position
Fuel trim B1-S2 stuck at 99%
B2-S1 short term fuel trim 3%
B2-S2 short term fuel trim 99%
B1-S1 short term fuel trim 0%
O2 sensor output B1-S2. 33v little variation
Short term fuel trim B1-S2 99%

Anyone any ideas, I would have thought all the voltages would vary depending on load and same for the 99% fuel trims??

That fault I believe is to stop fuel tank pressure building up I had that go and replaced from bmw about 50 made it run better for sure.

When did you last have your pcv changed? The reason I ask mine was changed last year but they forgot to swap the bing over (casing a vac leak) and it drove exactly like yours. Swapped it over and hey presto - or it mayb he pcv itself?

Thanks for the info, the valve has not been changed to my knowledge so I'll get that changed this weekend, I'll do the MAF at the same time  Current:

Yeah, all changed, changed purge Valve which cleared one fault and changed the thermostat which has fixed the other, not done any big miles yet but in two weeks of driving around no issues yet.... Current:
