It’s actually pretty good. I did a 20 mile journey on Saturday afternoon on a mix of A, B and C roads, towing a small trailer, and it felt fine. It definitely feels more precise at speed, which I guess is because there was movement in the old bushes. Hopefully when I get the tracking sorted, it should be even better. There always seems to be something to repair/replace!

New tyres fitted yesterday but track rod ends seized, so they weren’t able to do the tracking. Looks like I need new inner rods and rod ends. Also the rear adjusters were seized, so need to free them off, or fit new bolts and bushes. Going to concentrate on the front first.

Don't forget to recover the 'spacer' from the middle of the old set and add it to the new set "before" you bolt it all together.

If you can't separate the two parts, just cut them in half.

Best of luck with the rear alignment, I reckon the adjusters are factory welded to stop them coming loose!

Yes, I had spotted those. Will probably fit new gaiters as well while I am at it.
