Yours (if an 09 facelift) has Adaptive Dynamics i.e. continuously variable suspension tuning

Ah.. so its likely to have connection at the top of the mount therefore I would need to replace like for like..

3 bolts at the top, flip up back seats , find the 3 bolts just behind the back doors, quite a quick job tbh.

Mr Tee, I had seen the thread you pasted above but couldn't work out how to access the 3 bolts at the top..

I’ve just had to do mine - CVT type for adaptive dynamics. The oil reservoir dropped off one and within a few miles, all the oil was gone leaving lots of bounce and noise.

does the big bolt in the bottom end come out ok or is it typically siezed? |
