Finally my SOTA has been completed. It would not work via the screens ( as it should ) so had to go into the Stealership.

I still haven't got access, but like most others, Q86ARR has been brilliant and used his access to enable the updates - I am now on 19A4 (the latest) thanks to his efforts. It seems that once an update is enabled, SOTA works fine, although I get the impression that each update needs a new permission, which is daft! As a general comment, maybe the way forward is for everyone to contact their local dealer and demand they go online to enable updates for their car. |

This very thing was discussed on the iPace forum in May, the reply a Norwegian member had from JLR was "In regards to SOTA, JLR does not push out updates to all vehicles. Currently, this is done on a per-vehicle basis by the dealer." - from our collective experience it does not seem to have moved beyond this.

Agree Q86ARR has been an absolute star for helping us all. The LR garages have no clue.

For Landrover, just one bug fix but quite a critical one if you are using your phone with CarPlay enabled:

The annoying thing with SOTA updates is it seems it isn’t automatic and the updates have to be manually applied. 2017 Range Rover Vogue V6 Diesel
