You may get some info from P F Jones about this. They seem to be able to supply many towbar sets. Phone and ask, worth a try.

or ring Westpahalia themselves

I had one fitted 18 months ago when my deployable one failed. Peter Bowman in Bury did an excellent job 2 days before I set off on holiday.
The unit is absolutely great.

Hi, do you have to remove bumper middle section to use towbar or you can cut out a hole inside.

Mine had a deployable one, and the detachable one fits under the ‘flap’ in the centre section without modification. I believe there are different designs of flap though (and they are expensive -£35+++, and VERY fragile), so if you haven’t already got a tow bar, you might have to buy the towbar style flap.
Believe me, it is much better than the deployable one. My OEM one failed 3 days before my holiday....
If you want a photo, let me know

The deployable looks like -

This is the only photo I have of the removeable one though apparently it can be used with the cover in place, so guess the hole underneath is big enough to access the electrics.....

This is with the detachable with the replacement panel. Once fitted, no need to fanny about at all:

From recent experience but with a current shape Q7 I understand that the supply of Westfalia bars isn’t great at the minute due to them moving production facilities this was feedback from both the local Indespension depot and PF Jones.

I am not sure I understand - is it the original one or a specific one for westfalia?
