Make sure the hub surface is clean when fitting new disks, check the runout using a dial gauge, its amazing how many people dont and then suffer premature failure of the new disks. BMW i3 Electric Car

They were checked before installation Previous discs were vibrating also so 2 sets of faulty discs is low probabilty I must measure hub as Galaxy says. 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km. sold 06 td6 160k Sold 03 td6 260k |

Make sure the face the hub is really clean, wire brush, emery paper, clean with brake cleaner. Fit the new disc (rotor) and measure the runout with the dial gauge. I got mine to less than 0.03 mm but I had several attempts. BMW i3 Electric Car

It's also worth checking the rear discs/calipers as a sticking rear can feel like it's coming from the front.
