So that is not a good option then, if you have to control everything through the phone.

Will try to contact these Russian guys this week to see if I get any reply from them and some further info about their system. Can´t really believe why something like this isn´t available in the EU yet. I imagine they would sell quite a lot of them...still amazed by the speed the system has on the oem screen. Instagram @l322passion

I kind of read it the other way about and that you are controlling your phone through the screen which is what is done with the standard bluetooth set up when making phone calls.

It's not quite the same as a full android/apple replacement unit but it does give an improvement to the usage of the head unit.

A better way of streaming from the phone? John

I believe there are two differing systems on this thread, the Navtool version and the Russian version, it's the Russian version myself and EnVogue are looking at, could be a group buy here Smile Current: 2011 FFRR Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

from memory the russian jobby is a 'car navigation' unit married to a 'video unit'...this allows igo nav software to be displayed on the screen..

Trying it through Google translate (my Russian is a bit rusty Mr. Green ) the Mirror Link on the site looks to be the same, or very similar to, the American site.

Gave up on the rest as I kept getting their chat screen obscuring the main screen. Rolling Eyes John

This does look like an interesting upgrade and hopefully cheaper than changing to a L405 Smile Current: RR L322 2010

Apologize for the late reply. Contacted the Russian guys per Whatsapp and sadly they replied that "they don´t need any trouble". I told them we were several people interested in their system and if they could just make a quick step by step installation guide...

Any ideas what we can do? Is there someone on the forum from Russia who wants to help us?

@Andy B it would certainly be interesting to get the question asked in theri language so that they understand that we just want to buy the kits and have an installation guide.
