Obviously, there is not a lot to go on, but it could be a loose caliper bolt, a control arm bushing, sway bar end link, etc. There could be a myriad of other loose bolts on various suspension or chassis components that could transmit a noise and as the weight shifts from the braking it only occurs the one time until resettling where it would do it again upon braking. But if you only notice the noise upon braking, you want to look at braking components first.
