I was going to ask that too - be useful for me to cross check with my dealer too. Very useful would be a list of all TSBs that have been out for MY11 cars. Many thanks in advance Tom |

It amazes me that Land Rover develop new models and allow previous model known defects to be introduced..Here is the similar issue for instrument cluster drain on Range Rover Sports back in 2009: If you read the bulletin, you'll see the reference to 'Sleep Mode'.

I've had similar crap cars when taking in my RRS.....got a manual volvo that was shameful, I had an Audi R8 as well and was given an A3 courtesy car, didn't expect an R8 courtesy car but an A5 would have been nice!! |

and the joy continues I ran the pre heater this morning to see if everything was ok but it only ran for about 15 mins and then stopped due to low battery, (the dash was displaying "low battery - please start the car") it car started fine but clearly something is still not right if there is not enough power to run the FBH. Just waiting for a call back from Farnell's now. 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

I think we can all agree on that , It staggers me to think that the Stealer can stand in front of someone and say that a battery that has been drained well below flat is still good to go . 2008 MY Supercharged Rimini Red / Jet four zone climate remote park heater and no ugly kid windows. magnus satis quod turpis satis |

Quick update - I left the RR for 24 hours to replicate last weeks condition to see if the drain is still there and it started fine, no messages so it would appear the software update has taken care of the drain.

thats good news re the starting but its been fairly warm so the battery hasnt got much to do ..come the time when you need the range to start on a cold morning it will let you down...you've paid a lot of money for this car and i would insist on a brand new battery cos you will always have that niggle in the back of your mind if you dont.. ... - .- -.

one other aspect you need to be aware of, the FBH and other ancillories (heated screens, heated seats , A/C, lights) use up a significant amount of juice.
