Not good, regardless of use of the car (short journeys etc), or use of accessories such as the fbh, it shouldn't happen. Lucky us lesser mortals have you guys to iron out the flaws in these new cars so by the time we can afford them they are sorted! Range Rover-less at the moment - Pining! |

Wasn't too happy especially with a 3 hour wait but when he arrived I was happy with his actions and that of Farnells, problems do happen and I'm happy to give people / companies the opportunity to stand behind their products but I will be p11sed if the fault can't be traced and it happens again. 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB Gone 2011 Bournville TDV8 VSE Gone 2008 Black Canadian HSE LUX |

At least you got a decent loan car, I always ended up with the smallest cheapest non LR brand cars they can find. over the years, despite handing over the keys to my very expensive prestige cars I've been handed the keys to the following:

Given that LPR are one of the largest dealers, and hence will probably have sold quite a few MY11 4.4's, would be good to hear from James whether this is a systemic issue or more rogue. The evidence (albeit limited) from this forum would seem to be that there is something wrong in design terms. MY2011 FFRR 4.4 TDV8 Vogue, Santorini Black and Ivory *Arrived*

This has been an ongoing problem (and not just since the 2010 facelift) - not at all impressive that it's still happening. |

Me too. Have had the AA out twice since december for flat battery on my 4.4. Definately connected to the pre-heater. I dont dare pre-heat now as i know i will need aa to get me back on the road. Design flaw. |

When are LR going to realise that this car needs an auxiliary battery to help protect the car starter circuit for use with all the other stuff that its now packed with??
