They are fantastic to live with and use on a daily basis IMHO... My 4.2LSE is better as it has a little more power and of course a large amount of legroom |

I'm intrigued to know why avoid Kingsleys? I've been following James Taylors rebuild of his Classic in LRO that's being done by Twenty10 and although the articles not finished yet, the results look amazing. I have an LSE that I would like to get the bodywork and shell sorted on and I'm trying to decide who. The work that Kingsleys do on the bodywork looks good from the stuff they post on Instagram but the trimming side of things looks iffy and some of the restomod stuff I don't agree with. I had a lot of work done to mine a few years back by Kingsley. On the whole it was an ok experience. I had all the front end sorted, tailgates repaired/replaced and the engine rebuilt with my choice of cam. I dealt with a chap called Mark; it was a fairly painless experience, they were fair with the extras that inevitably got uncovered and I'm sure I got bits tidied that weren't billed for. Their communication was fine and time keeping acceptable. Certainly I've had far worse experiences with "professional" marque experts in other areas.

I'd agree, quality of work iffy from the reports I've had and pricing is outrageous. Some of the quotes I've seen were laughable.
