Iv disscconnected mine a few time with no issues just turn the ignition off wait 10 mins then crack on |

Remember to put the bonnet in full access, and the battery is heavy as fook! |

Thanks. Son managed to change battery without any major dramas. Hasn't cured the original problem though so now I'm well and truly stumped. |

mine has a sticker next to the hood latch. has images showing waiting 2 minutes or something after removing the key from ignition before disconnecting the battery. mainly to save corrupting the satnav. im sure its mention in the owners manual too. |
