I struggled a bit and finished up cutting it off and replacing it with a small jubilee clip. 8 - 12 mm.

A decent pair of pliers or a pair of nail pulling pliers work well on those black sprung clips |

I adapted a pair of old pliers, it works OK.

So why would Land Rover have clips on all the other hoses but the one that broke?

The belts are squeaking.....not entirely surprised..... what’s the easiest way of getting near them to do something about it? Any ideas? 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
