I have to say, I've never been a Porsche fan, but that does look quite tasty. 2006 Mercedes CLS

Tis indeed. Not one of my most sensible decisions as did full (front and rear wings etc) conversion using original porsche parts (no cheap fibreglass kits). A bit more complicated to do than first thought. The tyre profiles were 275/25/20 on back and 255/25/20 on front IIRC.

Got mine of ebay. Lots of different sellers. Its called 3M carbon di-noc and from what i've read is considered the best quality stuff. I've just bought some in silver carbon to wrap some interior bits. There lots of videos on you tube showing how to use the stuff but basically you lightly heat it and wrap it around whatever your covering. Its relatively easy but can take a couple of attempts sometimes so buy more than you need! |

There's one more thing you need to do externally to get the 2010 look- change the C pillar trim. Yours is the wide one. Later models don't have it. It went in 2005/6 I believe. I'm sure someone will confirm or correct that. It has been discussed here before. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded |
