Cheers Thumbs Up

I find ride ok and air suspension seems to off sorted out its gremlins since changing a Knackered tyre (fingers crossed) but as stated come from lowered sports car back ground

so ride still feels good. Often have passangers and no one comments on ride so can't be that bad (or just polite passangers!)

Black range rover lettering fitted today and rear badges removed so consistant with 2010 spec (thanks for heads up johnson1).

(Black RR rear badge for sale and mk3 sat nav unit Whistle )

Post pics when get chance :D

Tis indeed. Not one of my most sensible decisions as did full (front and rear wings etc) conversion using original porsche parts (no cheap fibreglass kits). A bit more complicated to do than first thought. The tyre profiles were 275/25/20 on back and 255/25/20 on front IIRC.

Clearly you wouldn't bother doing this conversion now as 997s cheap enough. At the time a 2nd hand 997 was still 40-45k and this was half that all in.

Lets say a 2010 conversion on FFRR was a doddle compared Thumbs Up

Got mine of ebay. Lots of different sellers. Its called 3M carbon di-noc and from what i've read is considered the best quality stuff. I've just bought some in silver carbon to wrap some interior bits. There lots of videos on you tube showing how to use the stuff but basically you lightly heat it and wrap it around whatever your covering. Its relatively easy but can take a couple of attempts sometimes so buy more than you need!

There's one more thing you need to do externally to get the 2010 look- change the C pillar trim. Yours is the wide one. Later models don't have it. It went in 2005/6 I believe. I'm sure someone will confirm or correct that. It has been discussed here before. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded
