Front brakes squealing under slow braking.......

Esteemed RR chums........my newish brakes recently added seem to make a lot of noise but only under 5mph the brakes squeal a lot, any ideas???

P all smug in my new plug!

I would question the fitting and not the pad - squealing is usually due to lack of grease on the back of the pad.
Perhaps they did not do it correctly or put enough on?

I fitted Brembo brakes with the same part number from JLR on the website

Eurocar parts part numbers - not sure if they are the same elsewhere

PADS - 10167027A
DISC - 10467037A
PAD KIT - 107670188 all smug in my new plug!

there have been many threads re the pros and cons of fitting aftermarket pads....i personally would only fit OE..

These are OE pads....its what are used on JLR dealerships.....I even checked the part numbers with Taggarts and Brembo website and ECP. all smug in my new plug!

brembo dont actually make pads....unscrupulous peeps use their brand name...

OE pads are normally JURID..

There is a TSB for squealing brakes. Involves filing a 45 degree angle into the top edge of each brake pad Laughing

And Jurid are the OEM supplier Thumbs Up
