Topix says I have a tracker. How do you go about activating these?

The landrover.co.uk website has a section on In Control Secure which will tell you what you need to do, and once done, you can download a certificate if your insurers want that. Some insurers seem used to the idea of trackers being an addition which is installed on an existing vehicle, rather than built in from the start as is the case with the RR, and one has explain the position before they will accept the LR certificate. Only Range Rovers since 1988

Its about £250 iirc

So had mine and a sticker on the front of my service book to say one was fitted but Tracker couldn’t find detail of it and I gave up, for anyone buying trackers reading this post always be mindful that you review the ongoing subscription costs as some can be initially cheep to buy them however expensive to run year on year and you end up worse off.
