Tugger -- the best thing you can do with that is throw it in the bin -- certainly wouldn't try to use it!

Yes indeed, heard several tales of Fatties "kneeling" down on their brake discs as a result of those jacks, IIRC I saw some mention of a potential class action suit over safety and them being not fit for purpose.
