Watched that video he did a cracking paint job but his prep was terrible
And the one where he replaces the rear discs he just bangs off the discs without slackening the adjusters and heyho Thumbs Up

He currently still owns it, turns out it’s proving more reliable than the BMW he bought to replace it. In fairness he doesn’t claim to be a mechanic nor does he advise you follow what he does. At least he’s having a go and hopefully is giving others the confidence to have a go at some simple jobs themselves. I think the best advert is that his FFRR hasn’t needed any major work whereas his BMW has been issue after issue

And thakfully The BMW M57 in the TD6 does not have the chocolate rear timing chain like in his later 330d. 2007 TDV8 VSE
2003 TD6 gone.
