I’ve. Been asked to do it several times and refused. One of my customers bought a 2004 with a late interior fitted, we took the front seats out to see if we could make the electrics work and someone had welded in bits of angle iron etc to make a frame for the later front seats to mount to...

Interesting as I have heard they just needed a pin removing to slot in as normal. No idea what that meant.

You seam unconvinced Bil... Why don't you put a tape across the front bolts of your drivers seat, then ask someone here to measure the front bolt width on an 07> you will then have the relevant measurements sir |

Update on this ... sadly the 2012 seats will not fit. Not because they are too wide but because the later seats are narrower.
