4.4 v8 coolant

Is this the right coolant for a 2003 4.4 v8 petrol vogue?

Ive always been recommended to use Comma G48 (greeny blue liquid)

Pretty sure that the earlier, 02 - 05 I think, uses standard blue coolant and doesn't require the long life stuff.
