United Kingdom 2002 Range Rover HSE Td6 Zermatt Silver

I went on long drive yesterday (450 miles) all motorway, got the combined distance travelled and range in tank up to 609 miles at one stage!
Used the cruise for the whole journey, set at 70mph.

United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Adriatic Blue

Resurrecting an old thread as I have the identical question. I'm only returning 16-17 mpg on my daily short commute with no sitting in traffic (6 miles each way - i wasnt using it to commute when i bought it, otherwise I'd of bought a VCool

Read on FB a guy had all his injectors reconditioned or replaced to improve his mpg by quite a few. does this sound right?

16 - 17mpg is quite normal for around town commuting in a td6. Yes I was surprised as well especially when my bmw 530d with the same engine returned 55+ mpg all the time!

Extra weight and extra drag = poor mpg I suppose.
