check its not stuck on transport mode or something daft like that-also that the height sensor actuator arms have not inverted themselves giving weird readings |

Another update , using delphi on the bmw X5 programme , i have the options of activating all suspension bits and turning off transport mode so that is good news , however the compressor isnt kicking in , the fuse in the boot had blown , i replaced but still nothing , if i activate say , the front strut i can hear faint clicks n wurs so its looking like ive goosed the compressor while testing it yesterday , opinions guys ?? |

I cant say for sure with the compressor not working , couple of can codes to delete but they never returned , as i said above , activate any part and i can hear things working so that suggests that its not but i did start by removing transport mode |

should be simply sorted once you fix the compressor-they seem a bit fragile if you ask them to do too much graft... |

I had this exact same problem. Dont panic, nothing is broken at all.

Try powering the compressor directly from a battery .
