I am in contact with the dealer who I hope has started the process of the rejection last week.
As yet i am waiting for an update from as to what is happening.

these cars look amazing it is just a shame the quality of whats its built out of does not match up with the outside.

car has now gone back and will be officially car less once I have returned the log book and keys to dealer.

The problem i have is no one really gets to know about problems, all the dealer is doing is buying the car back from me and then will sell it on at a later date, A great way of burying the issues with these cars.

To add insult to injury, i drove the loan car to Wales over the weekend and you will never guess what happened.......
yes it broke down and had to recovered on the back of an AA truck.

A frightening experience when you are travelling at speed on a busy motorway and the car just goes into limp mode.
If I could of left the pile of junk of the side of the road i would of.

I am even considering seeking legal advice as i am so incensed about my experience with Land Rover.

Unbelievable, it's so dangerous. Cars are getting too "clever" for the own good.

Could you expose reg/VIN as a warning to prospective owners?

Regards getting legal advice, if they have 100% refunded you then I cannot imagine any additional costs they would be liable for. Generally consequential costs are not awarded and the sales contract will likely be water-tight. If they've not 100% refunded then there might be some runway under the Consumer Protection Act 2015 ( I think it is).

well its a bye bye from me for now anyway.
all monies have now been paid and my nightmare with land rover is finally over.
