England 2017 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Loire Blue

First post here, just purchased an L405 Autobiography SDV8 in Loire Blue. Serious car nut and was into Lotus like some others on here for many years. Have more recently got into Maserati. These are my current pair for weekend drive-outs.

We bought a 225 TT a year or so ago to use as a track day car and i have to say... What a hoot it is... Its been mapped to within an inch of its life! Running Pirelli Corse Ferrari rubber and some uprated EBC brakes (as we killed the standard brakes in one day) Whistle Whistle Whistle

Here is the new addition to our family. 1972 Austin Mini. Now thats what I call fun to drive!! Shocked 1275 bored out to 1290 but yet to have the brake disc conversion - a widow maker at present!

My Son sold his (quite boring BMW mini to buy this. I have to admit to be ing a bit jealous)

Yes, like her a lot Dolph. When I got her she was a wrack, restored her and fitted a 2ltr whit two twin Dellorto’s.
She goes like hell and has the wooden dash. Than I get bored and thougt why not make a Mine cabrio. So I got
me a old Mini 1300 saw the roof of, strengted her and got a new registration on it. Whit the noise she makes
people lookes at her more then to a proper sports car.
The ather two are almost every day runners.

Sounds like a complicated hobby, i had an Alfasud sprint back in the 80s. It handled superbly and the rasp of the exhaust was lovely but the brakes faded fairly rapidly with serious use. Also the fuel gauge went from full to empty with hard cornering ( depending which way you were turning). Great cars Thumbs Up 2015 4.4 AB
