A stitch in time saves nine. Once it starts you have to keep on at it. Once the rust has been sanded off and the arch repainted it might be worth waxoyling and cleaning/re-doing regularly. Maybe better to try for a decent finish before the winter and road salt etc really get going. Only Range Rovers since 1988 |

I had read on an Jag XK8 thread that the sills were prone to rusting in a similar fashion and a number of people drilled a hole in the sill which allowed them to inject waxoyl on the inside of the sill and then closed it up with a bung. V8 or else ... |

When you remove the lower plastic side sills there are several holes you can use to spray into and reach all the internal areas - I use Dinitrol products which I’d recommend 👍 |
