So I’ve done the pcv both rocker covers and thought the oil leak was gone as no drips on the drive however tightening my tensioner when I took the under tray off the bottom of the engine looks like this? The under test didn’t look too bad.. I guess it could be residual but after 6 months would it still be like this? If not what other common places for leaks?

Had another look it seems to be more on the passengerr side bank... Current stable:

Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF

Wouldn’t expect drips as you can see in the second pic after that long. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Would it be worth cleaning off all you can then recheck in a few weeks to see if you have fresh oil on that area again

Upper timing chain covers and vanos solenoid seals are a favourite

My Cam covers were loose at the rear and leaking

That bank I got the garage to change after I pinched the gasket first time round - maybe worth me checking they correctly tightened... Current stable:
