Noise on the front

Hi to all
had a noise from the left side at the front like a knock whenever I drive on a road with holes or klimb a kerb. I replaced the suspension arms up and down (the bushes where very bad) ball joints and stabilizer bar links. The noise is not so sharp but still there.
What can it be?
