2003-05 Autobiography Rear Entertainment

To the members here that have 03-05 Autobiography models (Dan & Daveo, maybe others but I don't recall now), would it be possible to order the screen housings from Land Rover for the screens? (Hypothetically if one of the housings broke) I searched also on microcat but didn't find anything!

I was thinking about an implementation to Vogue models (as this is the only official way to have rear entertainment for the pre '06 vehicles)

The screens themselves are a bit naff in the back of the seat, my preference would be to have them in the headrests.

I think they are alpine screens, you can probably get them from other sources cheaper than from LR.

I have already found the screens, daveo sent me some pictures of the manual and they are Pioneer AVD-W8000. But the screens themselves don't come with the housings like in the car!

I'm seriously thinking about buying a 2003-05 car for a Project car, and don't want to go aftermarket! Just want to use OEM parts! 2000 BMW M5, Avus Blue/LeMans Leather Interior

hi, as Dan said..they are a bit dated now and i would go for newer screens and you will get a far better picture, all so the mounts are not available as they were done by a audio company up Coventry way that have now closed. head rest must be the way to go as the screen in the back of the seat is ok for my kids but you cant get the viewing angle for adults so the head rest screens are a must. i have been keeping an eye out to see if there is a screen that i can swap my ones for so if you do come up with anything please post back. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
