Creaky door cards

Any idea why or how to fix my creaky door cards they creak all the time when driving Sad

 Current stable:
2006 BMW M6
2007 4.2 V8 S/C FF
Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF

Mine creak also, but only when opening the door to its widest position otherwise they are silent, thankfully.

Maybe try a bit of silicone sprayed carefully into the joint area, failing that dismantle and insert a sliver of paper between the parts that touch and squeak, don’t laugh....it works. David

Mine do that too.

Just assumed they needed taking off and putting back on with a bit more care / new clips.

Might be wrong of course. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
