can't see the point, they bolt on, and are no where near the springs.

It's in case you let the axle drop as you will tear the rubber spring. Just make sure you support it and it should be fine. |

Many thanks, it’s a relief to get a second opinion. I’m changing them because they came up as an advisory on the MOT and the car feels ‘bouncy’ at the back - hope this does the trick as they ain’t cheap! |
