Similar thing for me, bleed nipple seized on one of the calipers, waiting for the replacement caliper, then return to have the recall done.

Tomorrow's the day, Land Rover authorised the new caliper, being fitted along with the hoses.

Based on the comments on here, I decided I was going to loosen & re-tighten all the relevant fittings to make sure the dealer should have no problems & had no valid excuses for delays or extra charges.
Fortunately that worked out.
They only cocked up by losing my locking wheel nut key & then taking a couple of hours to find it after the standard statements that "the mechanic definitely put it back next to the spare wheel" .
Surprise, surprise they then found it a long search ( ! ) in their box of locking wheel nut keys - complete with the paint marks I'd put on it. Paul,

All done, need front discs and pads though but not paying dealer prices.
Guy Salmon Knutsford were very good to be fair.

Hatfields in Liverpool, again, very good service. Brakes discs on rear down to 6mm, get a video of the check sent to you etc, and an oil leak, think that is the seals on the pipe that need sorting, get round to checking at some point Sad but all good.

Disappointed it's Saturday and parts haven't arrived.

Parts eventually arrived, no fault with Duckworths but shocking delivery service.

Digging up an old thread here but I’m pleasantly surprised that JLR are going to do a recall on my 2007 L322 for the brake hose issue. If it was going to go wrong I expect it would have before now but I’m not complaining.

Holy thread revival Batman!!

Checked my MOT history on my 06 4.2 today and it popped up that there was an outstanding recall. Called my local LR Dealership and they confirmed that it's the front brake hose recall and booked it in for Jan.

The only slightly worrying thing was the comment of "We haven't done one of these for a long time so don't know how long it will take..... 2006 L322 Vogue SE 4.2

I know I waited whilst mine was done so it can't be that long. Maybe a couple of hours. 2017 5.0 Autobiography Supercharged

It all depends on how easily / quickly they manage to loosen the hose from the front caliper.
In some of the early comments you'll see how the dealers tried to charge the customer for a new brake caliper because they damaged it removing the hose.
If it doesn't come loose easily, the mechanic has a nightmare of job and some fairly horrible options that can lose lots of time or money ! Paul,
