Paranoid about the heat in one my new disks (rotas)

So, I have new rear callipers, disks & pads fitted. The calliper carriers were not changed, but were filed back and cleaned off and greased with CeraTec where the pads rest. As the original disks had warped slightly, I have been checking to ensure they are not overheated when I Stop. One disk is slightly warmer than the other, but has become less so over three 50 mile journeys. Would this be part of the normal bedding in, or should I just bite the bullet now and strip it all out again? I think I know what most people will answer, but I am leaning towards seeing what it is like after 500 miles of bedding in.

Leave it and see - could be as simple as one is getting more rainwater than the other so cooler ... is it kerb side that’s cooler?
You’ve change the bits that would cause sticking - the caliper 4.2 SC - sold , now bought back

Warm rather than hot. My concern is that it’s warmer than the other side, say by 50%, but no where as hot as both the fronts are after stopping. Nothing wrong with the fronts of course.
