I upgraded my camera yesterday and it works well with a very clear picture both day and night.

When I fitted one to an earlier L332 I picked a reversing light feed up from the when they pass through the grommet to the lower tailgate from the boot.

Do you have a link to the camera as I need a new one.

I got the camera off aliexpress. I wouldn't use the same one again because the LEDs cause issues.
1) I can't use the clear plastic cover from the original housing as the LEDs produce a glare on the screen
2) The need to find a live feed from the reversing lights
3) As a result of feeding the live from the reversing lights I'm getting a blank screen with the engine running. I think it's the LED bulbs I upgraded to causing the interference. I'm hoping some ferrite beads or other type of choke will sort it.
I will put the standard bulbs in tomorrow to check its them causing the problem.
Strange though how its only with the engine running.

Put some black tape over the leds !

Same result with standard reversing bulbs so interference is from elsewhere. As its only when engine is running I'm guessing it's the alternator.  2007 Vogue TDV8 in Zermatt Silver with Charcoal

Tried some ferrite beads on the live feed but no difference so wired back to the original live and put black silcone over the leds around the camera.
Fitted the original plastic lens back on and every thing is working and crystal clear  2007 Vogue TDV8 in Zermatt Silver with Charcoal
