I have exactly the same issue & assumed that it was purely down to the reception that I was receiving. Interesting to see if anyone has other thoughts. |

I find the sound is the first thing that starts dropping intermittently when the signal is getting weaker. Once the audio starts dropping out and coming back, we normally then lose the picture in a bit, or we turn it off because we get fed up with it!

I've had the same problem with my last two RRs. My research indicated some sort of conflict with Bluetooth phone usage. The phone is communicating regularly and interfering with TV audio. I need the phone connection and don't use the tv so never bothered to unpair and check. 2012 5.0L S/C

I do have the phone paired most of the time as well, so could tie in.

Used the TV yesterday & having the sound cut out every so often along with some pixelation.
