I have made up some clampy down things so that the bolt tightens down onto the fixing, just to help hold things in place, and reduce the possibility of lateral movement. .

I think this is a great, quick solution to a problem; well done! I am about to start a thread which needs some inventing thinking to solve. Feel free to think of a solution for me!

i also think it was a great idea , it got the job done and was safe for the weight it was carrying -all this going on about load |

Back again this time with 50kg of Topper on board (and the rest inside although the top part of the mast and the boom were a bit of a squeeze). Off to sail it tomorrow

Yes, put them on last autumn with new Grabbers - my winter set - just not got round to switching back to the 20"'s ! .
