How to remove lower map pocket trim?

I need to remove the wood trim of the map pockets on the front door cards. How do you do it? I'm talking about the wood trim in this picture at the very bottom (ignore the arrow):

Thanks

Do your armrest while you have the door card off. If you have been lucky enough to not have had a need to pull the card before the center clip can be rather stuck to yank on. Be careful not to pull too far and break a wire.

Thanks! I managed to take the trim off - there are two nuts on the back that need to be removed.
